Current List of Active Access Agreements

The following is a list of motor carriers who currently have active Access Agreements with Flint Hills Resources that permit loading of certain materials for transport at Flint Hills Resources facilities located at Corpus Christi, Texas. (Some listed carriers do not handle all types of materials available at these facilities; please contact your Flint Hills Resources Scheduler for information on the type of materials handled by the listed carriers.) This list is provided on an “as is” basis as a convenience to Flint Hills Resources customers, and: is subject to additions and deletions at any time without notice; is not to be relied upon by Flint Hills Resources customers as any indication or confirmation of the merits of any listed carrier; and is in no way intended to be a substitute for Flint Hills Resources customers’ own review and approval of carriers they hire.

To use a carrier not listed, please contact your FHR Scheduler for an appropriate review and processing. FHR expects that the companies that are given access to this list will treat it in a confidential manner, and will disclose it only within their own organization to personnel with a reasonable need to know such information.
