Current List of Active Access Agreements

The following is a list of motor carriers who currently have active Access Agreements with Flint Hills Resources that permit loading of certain materials for transport at FHR’s facilities located at Joliet, Illinois and/or Corpus Christi, Texas. (Some listed carriers do not handle all types of materials available at these facilities; please contact your FHR Scheduler for information on the type of materials handled by the listed carriers.)

This list is provided on an “as is” basis as a convenience to FHR’s customers, and: is subject to additions and deletions at any time without notice; is not to be relied upon by FHR’s customers as any indication or confirmation of the merits of any listed carrier; and is in no way intended to be a substitute for FHR’s customers’ own review and approval of carriers they hire.

To use a carrier not listed, please contact your FHR Scheduler for an appropriate review and processing.

FHR expects that the companies who are given access to this list will treat it in a confidential manner, and will disclose it only within their own organization to personnel with a reasonable need to know such information.
